The Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs. 3,80,000/- in favour of the claimants. 4. The insurer may deposit the additional amount before the Registry of this Court within 4 (four) weeks from the date of this order. 5. The Claimant may be allowed to withdraw the additional amount of Rs. 3,80,000/- after proper verification by the Registry of this Court. 6.
