The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No.31 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4) and 338 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C)(D), 67 and 67A of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 42(3)(e) of Telecommunication Act, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has 2025:JHHC:23354 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4290 of 2025 got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.18 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.18 of the petition and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No.31 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Sangam/
