Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. Considering the submissions, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law and not to interfere in the civil disputes, if any pending, without following due process of law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. No costs. 5.
