The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent also submits that on account of stay granted by this Court, the petitioner is retained, where he was working earlier and had deceased, while discharging his duties. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, since the petitioner by the present Writ Petition had assailed the action of the respondent, particularly, transferring him from the present place of posting and this Court having granted stay of the said proceedings and on account of death of the petitioner interregnum, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survives for consideration.
