Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.1 (Chief Information Commissioner, U.P. State Information Commission, 6th Floor, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow) to impose penalty upon the Respondent No.2 and 3 u/s 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, due to non-disposal of application dated 31/03/2021 u/s 6(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of directing the Respondent No.1 (Chief Information Commissioner, U.P. State Information Commission, 6th Floor, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow) to decide the Appeal No.S-10- 2169/A/2021, Registration No.A-193233 (Devendra Singh Versus Public Information Officer and another) filed by the petitioner, u/s 19(3) of Right to Information Act, 2005, pending before him since 23/12/2021, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No.4 to this Writ Petition)." 4. The petitioner has filed an appeal, which is pending consideration before the respondent no.1 and a direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that appeal of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Appeal No.S-10-2169/A/2021, Registration No.A- 193233 (Devendra Singh Versus Public Information Officer and another) filed by the petitioner, u/s 19(3) of Right to Information Act, 2005, pending before respondent No.1-Chief Information Commissioner, U.P. State Information Commission, 6th Floor, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 7.
