The petitioner herein claims right of displaying advertisement through the 6th respondent, who is a concession agreement holder with the National Highways Authority of India. 3. Today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for NHAI produced a copy of an order dated 22.01.2024, whereby the concession agreement granted to the 6th respondent herein has been terminated. Since the petitioner claims right only through the 6th respondent, whose agreement has now been cancelled, no effective orders can be passed to the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition, as the petitioner has lost his rights.
