As such, indulgence of this Court has been sought to permit the petitioner to withdraw the 2 2025:HHC:6739 present Criminal Revision Petition and to file Criminal Appeal, under the appropriate provisions of law. 2. Permission granted. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal, within a period of six weeks. 4. It is made clear that if the said appeal is filed, within a period of six weeks, then, the question of limitation shall not arise against the petitioner.
