Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in issuing the death certificate of the grandmother of the petitioner. 3. Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that grandmother of the petitioner died on April 4, 1970 but till date the death certificate of his grandmother has not been issued. In this regard, the petitioner has moved representation dated August 13, 2022 which is still pending.
