The Collector has issued a notice directing the attachment of the petitioner’s property under the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005. NIRMALA RAO 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the property is not liable to attachment. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file an objection before the Collector, Mungeli within 10 days from today. If such an objection/ application is filed, the Collector shall decide, preferably, within a period of 15 days from the date of its receipt, whether the petitioner's property is liable to attachment, before proceeding further in the matter. 4.
