The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 24.03.2024 registered as Case Crime No.143 of 2024 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC at Police Station - Pilakhua, District - Hapur. 3. Allegation against the petitioner is that she has forged the mark- sheet for obtaining admission in MBBS. The F.I.R. has been lodged and the police is investigating the allegations made in the F.I.R. 4. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. For the reasons given in the order dated 10.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra and another vs. State of UP and others), this writ petition is disposed of directing that till the cognizance is taken on the police report under Section 193(3)B.N.S.S. by the Court below, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioner pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, subject to her cooperation in the ongoing investigation.
