learned counsel for the petitioners; and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing Heard for Assistant respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 21.04.2025 seeking police aid to cultivate their agricultural land. It is submitted that the learned Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, granted a decree in the petitioners’ favour in OS.No.87/2014 on 31.01.2024. Despite the said decree from a competent civil court, the petitioners remain unable to cultivate their land due to interference by the unofficial respondents. The petitioners have submitted a representation to the 3'^'^ respondent, which remains un-acted upon.

Considering that the decree in OS.No.87/2014 was granted by a competent civil court, which has not been challenged, and no in effect, the 3'"^ respondent ought to have appellate stay is ensured its implementation. The petitioners are permitted to submit a fresh representation to the 3'^^ respondent. Upon receipt, the 3'^'^ respondent shall expeditiously consider the representation compliance with the judgment and decree dated and ensure
