Case No. 34 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 288 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 111 of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 23.04.2025, Karra Police, on the basis of confidential information, apprehended the petitioner and seized two country-made pistols from his possession. 4. It was submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
