Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Page No.# 2/2 2023 against the order dated 25.05.2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C.-3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. The case is a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Though the learned counsel had taken up some issues questioning the transaction itself, after hearing the matter at some length, the learned counsel submits that he would take up these points in the defence before the learned Court and accordingly would like to withdraw this case.
