2. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondent State is present and has no objection to the prayer.
4. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
