Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that now the only surviving grievance of the petitioner is that the arrear amount, to which the petitioner is entitled to as per the judgment, is not being paid to him in lump sum but is being paid in installments. 2. This Court is of the considered view that as no direction was passed by the Court to pay the arrears in installments, the act of the respondents of doing so is per se bad. 3. On the request of learned Additional Advocate General, six weeks time is granted to the respondents to pay the balance of the arrears. With these observations, these proceedings are closed, but with liberty to the petitioner to revive these proceedings, in case, order is not complied with in letter and spirit by the respondents within six weeks.
