1. Applicant has filed this bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of regular bail as he was arrested in connection with Crime No.53 of 2024 registered at Police Station –City Kotwali, Tahsil & District- Rajnandgaon (CG) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC.

3. During course of argument, learned counsel for the applicant could not able to point out change circumstance except the submission that applicant is the only bread-winner in the family and is in jail since 26.01.2024.
4. Considering the fact that earlier application for grant of bail filed by applicant was dismissed on merit recently on 17.03.2025 by coordinate Bench, I do not find present to be a fit case to grant bail to applicant.
