The present application is filed for condoning the delay of 223 days in filing the appeal. Since the matter was pending with various quarters after the decision in LPA No. 57 of 2017 titled State of H.P and Others vs. Balwant Singh and others 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 alongwith connected matters on 29.10.2024 and keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by the affidavit of the official, the application is allowed. 2. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of. R eview Petition No.68 of 2025. 3. The learned Advocate General has attempted to reargue the petition on merits for denying the Writ petitioner’s the benefit of pension, contended to argue the petition on merits, which would not be falling within the purview of the Review jurisdiction. 4. Therefore, we do not feel that it is a fit case to re-open the issue again. 5. Resultantly, the present petition is dimissed alongwith pending applications, if any. (G.S.
