A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and another for the offences punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(B) read wI'th 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, I-S that, on 26.05.2025, the S.I. of G.R.P. Poll'ce Station along wI'th his Staff and mediators rushed to platform No.1 of Visakhapatnam Railway Stall-On and Caught the accused when they were in possession of 6 Kgs of Ganja. Perused the record. 5. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the POSSeSSl'On Of the accused js 6 Kgs. The petI-tiOner has been in judI-Cial custody sI-nCe 26.05.2025.
