JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 31.05.2025 CCP (S) No. 65/2025 By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No 2659/2024 titled “Priyanka Sharma vs. Jammu Municipal Corporation and Ors.”, relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads thus: - “Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the complaints dated 15.10.2024 and 19.10.2024 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and annexures appended thereto are made available to the said respondents.” Learned counsel for the respondents has produced order passed by respondents dated 15.05.2025 wherein it is stated that a complaints filed by the petitioner dated 15.10.2024 and 19.10.2024 have been considered and have been Sr. No. 10 CCP (S) No. 65/2025 in WP (C) No. 2659/2024 2 disposed of. It is further stated that the non-complainant has removed/shifted the tile stores from the basement of the building and has assured that he shall not use the building for any commercial activity without prior permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation Mr. Rajnish Raina, Advocate states that he has filed report on 31.05.2025, copy of the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order passed by this Court dated 08.11.2024 has been implemented in its letter and spirit. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition, as such, the proceedings are dropped and the instant contempt petition is closed.
