Therefore, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no Page No.# 3/3 other further grievance to be pursued in the present writ petition. However, she reserves a right to challenge the validity of the order passed by the ONGC Authority by a separate proceeding, if so advised in the meantime. 2. Mr. I.
