Newar, learned counsel for the submits that the grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to the appeal filed by the petitioner not being disposed of by the ONGC Authority, which subsequently by order dated 19.01.2026 came to be disposed of. Therefore, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no Page No.# 3/3 other further grievance to be pursued in the present writ petition. However, she reserves a right to challenge the validity of the order passed by the ONGC Authority by a separate proceeding, if so advised in the meantime. 2. Mr. I.
