1. Earlier, vide order dated 05.03.2025, learned counsel for the appellants submits that appellant No. 1/Dilip Bachhad and appellant No. 2/Manokhushi died and he undertakes to submit the death certificates on the next date of hearing and State counsel was directed to verify the same and submit its report on the next date of hearing. Today, learned counsel for the State has submitted its report, which demonstrates that during the pendency of this appeal, appellant No. 1 died on 04.01.2025 and appellant No.2 died on 01.07.2024 as per report of the concerned SHO, Police Station- Bhanupratappur, District- North Bastar Kanker (C.G.), However, death certificates of the appellants are annexed therein, which are issued by competent authority.
3. In view of death of the appellants, which is duly supported by their death certificates issued by the competent authority and as the statement made by
learned counsel for the State, this appeal in respect of the appellants stands abated and the same is dismissed as abated Sd/-
