Then police apprehended some of the Persons while the others ran away. on enquiry, the said persons disclosed their identity particulars and police found 126 kgs of ganja in their possession. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under the cover of mediators report, and the accused were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.01.2025 and since then the petitioner iS in judicial custody. 4. Heard both sides. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that major Part Of the investigation is completed except filing of charge sheet. He further submitted that there are no antecedents reported against the petitioner. 6. lt is submitted that the petitioner was PilOting the Other Vehicle wherein 126 kgs of ganja hast been seized from the possession Of Other accused. The petitioner has been in judicial remand Since 26.01.2O25 i.e. for more than 145 days, and major portion of investigation has been completed and only formal charge sheet has tO be filed. ln View Of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein, on the following COnditiOnS. (i) The petition'er herein/A3 shall be released on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with \-I cJ,i,f, 3 two sureties for the ll'ke sum each to the satl'sfaction of the learned Judicial First class Magistrate, Rampachodavaram,I (ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the station House OffI'Cer COnCerned once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and o5.00 p.m., till fI®ling Of Charge sheet. (iii) Petitioner herein/A3 shall not go beyond the jurjsdI-CtI|On Of Visakhapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh State, without leave of the trial Court and he shall make avaI-lable his location through mobile phone by pairing it with the mobile phone of the Investigating Officer round the clock. 7.
