A case has been registered against the petitI'OnerS herein and another for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psycho{ropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 10.06.2025 the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to RTC Complex Juction, Araku Valley and caught the accused in possession of 5 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. The accused were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused is 5 Kgs. The petitioners have been in judicial custody since 10.06.2025. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/Al and A2 on the following conditions. i) The petitioners/Al and A2 shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties Of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for the Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam. ii) on release, the petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. On every sunday, between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet- 6.
