The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 06/2025 arising out of Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 120/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 22, 25, 27A & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. On 20.06.2025, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended by Godda (Town) Police from a place near Nahar Chowk, Gyatri Mandir. On search, 8 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that recovered brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with N.D.P.S.
