Heard learned Counsel Mr. K.K.Bhatta for the applicant insurance company and Mr. P. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the claimants Nos. 1 to 4. 2. This interlocutory application has been preferred by the insurance Page No.# 3/3 company/ applicant against the judgment and award dated 09.12.2024 passed in connection with MAC case No.2310/2015 passed by the learned Member, MACT No.1, Kamrup (M). 3. The applicant is aggrieved by the aforesaid judgment and order as the applicant has been held liable for the entire incident, whereas this is allegedly a case of composite negligence. The applicant has prayed for stay and suspension of the operation of the impugned judgment and award. 4. Considering the submissions at the bar, the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 09.12.2024 passed in connection with MAC case No.2310/2015 is stayed until further orders subject to the condition that the insurance company deposits 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this court within 6(six) weeks from the date of this order. 5. The claimants are thereafter allowed to withdraw the amount from the Registry of this Court after proper verification by the Registry. 6.
