The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing the present Writ Petition, the award was referred to the concerned Civil Court for consideration of the issue pertaining to the enhancement of award and therefore, he would submit that appropriate direction may be issued to the Civil Court to decide the issue in a time bound manner. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, after taking instructions, would submit that the award was already referred to the Civil Court and hence, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 36447 of 2025 4. Since the matter is already referred to the Civil Court, it is upto the Civil Court to decide the matter in accordance with law.
