Case of the,prosecution, in brief, is that, on 24,02.2025, the Inspector Qf Police along with his staff and mediators rush-ed to Nri- 16 road, Saripallivanipalem Junction, NakkapaIIi Mandal and caught the accused while they were found in possession of 24 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of e= a mediators report. The accused Were arrested and got remanded tO judicial custody. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. The quantity of Ganja allegedly Seized from the possession Of the accused is 24 Kgs. The petitioners have been in judicial Custody since 24.02.2025. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Public prosecutor that except filing of charge sheet, major port-Ion Of investigation is completed. In view Of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein/Al to A3. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition -ls allowed.
