He would contend that the Will had been executed under the suspicious circumstances. 3. Such a contention can be raised by the respondent by filing a Caveat Petition as contemplated under Order XXV Rule 51 of the Madras High Court Original Side Rules. 4. In such view of the matter, liberty is granted to the respondent to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law as provided under the Original Side Rules. 5.
