Following order was passed in the matter on 06.08.2025:-
“Notice. Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Petitioner’s grievance is that though pursuant to the decision rendered in CWP No.7628 of 2025 (Rita Kumari Vs. State of H.P. and Ors) decided on 08.05.2025, respondent No.2 has transferred her from hard and tribal area to a soft area vide office order dated 28.07.2025 (Annexure P-5), but said soft area is

- 2 - not of her preference. Petitioner had preferred representation seeking transfer to stations of her choice where she could have been transferred against longer stayees.
3. From perusal of the office
order dated 28.07.2025, it appears that petitioner’s representation for her transfer to her preferred stations against longer stayees was not kept in view while transferring her under the impugned office order.
4. Let learned Additional Advocate General have instructions in the matter about feasibility of transferring the petitioner to any of stations of her choice against incumbent having longer stays.
Instructions be placed on record on 14.08.2025.
In the meanwhile, petitioner shall not be relieved pursuant to office order dated 28.07.2025.”

Pursuant thereto, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 13.08.2025 from the Director AAYUSH, Himachal Pradesh, alongwith office order dated 13.08.2025, transferring the petitioner from AHC Marour, District Chamba to AHC Harnota, District Kangra, vice Sh. Sunil Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of above office instructions, grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed.

This writ petition, therefore, is disposed of as the relief prayed for by the petitioner stands granted to him.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
