KAMAL ORAL ORDER On 02.07.2024 this Court passed the following order; The matter is of the year 2014. At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner the case is posted today and the petitioner is not willing to go on with the matter and he prays for time. For that reason, the matter stands adjourned to next week and a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) is imposed on the petitioner payable to Registrar General, High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru. 2. On 31.1.2025 this Court passed the following order; None appeared for the petitioner in the morning session and also when the matter was called on the second occasion. There is consistent absence on behalf of the petitioner in the matter. On earlier occasion, the matter was adjourned subject to payment of cost of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5604 WP No. 19303 of 2014 Rs.500/-, which is also not paid. Clearly, petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter. However in the interest of justice, as a last chance, list this matter on 07.02.2025, failing which appropriate orders including dismissal of the petition will be passed. 3. Even today there is no representation. Cost is also not paid. Matter is pending since 2014. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. 3.
