It is submitted by Mr. Islam, learned counsel that the petitioner has already received summons from the learned Trial Court below after filing the Page No.# 2/2 Charge Sheet. However, Mr. Borthakur, learned Addl. PP submitted that he has not received any instruction with regard to filing of the Charge Sheet in the case, but considering the fact that the petitioner has already received the summon, he admitted that the Charge Sheet has already been laid. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court on or before 26.08.2025 seeking regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. The interim bail granted earlier to the petitioner, shall remain in force till then i.e., 26.08.2025. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
