Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that the transfer order of the appellant has been quashed on account of the writ petition having been filed by Ramesh Chand and that the appellant may be allowed to make a representation for his adjustment as such at any other convenient place, since he is due to retire in 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 two years and it is a couple case, since his wife is also working at the same station. Admittedly, the said liberty has not been granted by the learned Single Judge, while allowing the writ petition, as the appellant was the respondent. 2. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. The State shall pass a speaking order within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.
