The Court made the following Order: The petitioners are claiming absorption and regularization of their services in the 4*^ respondent college. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the 1®* petitioner has been working in the 4**^ respondent college since the year 2000 and the 2^^ petitioner has been working since the year 2003. The petitioners have been continuously working in the 4**^ respondent college: however, the 4*^ respondent is not considering their cases for regularization, despite there being available vacancies. It is 2 submitted that the petitioners are working against sanctioned vacancies and the inaction of the respondents in regularizing their service is under challenge in the present writ petition. The learned Government Pleader for Higher Education submits that''the 4**^ respondent college has surrendered the aided teaching and non-teaching staff along with the post vide The 4*^ respondent, initially in 2. proceedings, dated 27.04.2022. pursuance of the Government Memo dated 12.11.2021, surrendered the aid. However, vide proceedings dated 27.04.2022, the 4‘^ respondent sought the restoration of the aided status. Though the aided status has been restored to the 4*^ respondent. the aided vacancies were not restored. 3. In such circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to follow the directions of the Division bench of this Court passed in W.A.No.1193 of 2023. The petitioners shall make a representation to the concerned respondents, duly bringing to their notice the petitioners’ service records, if any available and any other documents relating to their service with the 4**^ respondent. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall pass necessary orders within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of the receipt of this order. 3 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
