Sharmah, learned counsel for the petitioners and also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam who has produced the case diary of Sipajhar P.S. Case No. 200/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 12.02.2025 and in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, they have appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has also submitted that both the petitioners have appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer and their statements have also been recorded. 4. In view of the fact that both the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to them by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2025, is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 5.
