Chowdhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioners, 1. Rupa Gope @ Rupa Ghosh & 2. Munmun Ghosh have prayed for releasing them on regular bail, after they were arrested in connection with Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No.209/2024 corresponding to GR Case No. 4421/2024. 3. Mr. Goswami has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge-sheet. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. I have also gone through the FIR. 5. Without expressing any opinion about the aforementioned case, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners do not deserve to be detained in custody for any further period of time. 6. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioners is allowed. 7. It is hereby directed that the petitioners, 1. Rupa Gope @ Rupa Ghosh & 2. Munmun Ghosh, who were arrested in connection with Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No.209/2024 corresponding to GR Case No. 4421/2024, shall be released on bail of ₹ 20,000/- each with sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati.
