THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY £B±na±±!4±J=EI!±!Q±LN O : 65L±P± ORDER: I-i-_ I The Criminal petition, under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik suraksha sanhI-ta, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A37 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with crl-me No.229/2023 of Proddatur ll town Police Station, Kadapa' District. 2) A case has been registered against the petI-tiOner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 I/w 34 I.P.C. 3) The case of the prosecution in brief I-S that the incident occurred prior to o6.ll.2023, the c/e facfo complal'nant lodged a report on 06.ll.2O23 with the police alleging that A1, who worked as Gold Appraiser in state Bank of India, Sivalayam branch, proddatur, colluded with A2 to A40, misappropriated Gold and caused huge loss, and thereby committed cheating and crI-mI-hal breach of trust. 4) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant public prosecutor. perused the record. 5) A perusal of material on record goes to show that all the accusations are leveled as against accused No.1 and pr,-ma fac,-e there cegivs3j-.- is no specific overt-act or role played by the petitioner/accused No.37 and to connect her to the crime. Further, considerable time has been elapsed since the police have acted on the report, which was registered on o6.ll.2023. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. 6) Accordingly, in the event of her arrest With regard tO this Crime, petitioner/A37 shall be released on bail on her executing a Personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the arresting police official's, and also on condition that the petit.loner shall make herself available for investigation as and when required and that she shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecu+.ion witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a fortnight i.e. on every alternative Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-Sheet. 7) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. //TRUE COPY// For.
