Case No.757 of 2023 (State Vs. Shiv Kumar & others), arising out of Case Crime No.146 of 2021, under Sectionss 60(1)/72 Excise Act, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 272, 273, 120B IPC, Police Station Madrak, District Aligarh, whereby the release application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the relevant document be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
