Mr. Sarmah submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition granting liberty to file appropriate petition before this Court. Prayer is allowed. This revision petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will remain with the petitioners to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition. The documents filed along with this CRP shall be returned to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that he may be granted liberty also to approach the learned Trial Court to vacate the impugned order. Prayer is allowed.
