By the order dated 10.02.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 3, the petitioner has been asked to remove the advertisements and structures placed by it at various places and it has also been directed that failing compliance, they would remove and demolish the same. It has further been stated in the notice that if they may have to submit any reply, they may do so. Admittedly, petitioner has not submitted any reply to the aforesaid notice dated 10.02.2025. Under such circumstances, this petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to file such objection/reply to the aforesaid notice dated 10.02.2025 within a period of ten days from today. If such an objection is filed, the competent authority will consider the same and pass appropriate order within ten days, thereafter.
