The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.259 of 2024 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife that the marriage has taken place on 07.07.2021. She has been ousted from her matrimonial home. Further, it has been submitted that the she is a home maker and she has to take care of her daughter, who is aged about one and half years. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the above fact, the Original Suit No.259 of 2024, is hereby, transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 6.
