Heard Mr. S. Chowdhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The present application, under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Page No.# 2/3 Sanhita, 2023, has been instituted praying for grant of regular bail to the accused, namely Ratul Kumar Deka, who was arrested on 09.12.2024, in connection with Baihata Chariali P. S. Case No. 325/2024, under Sections 296/324(4)/331(4)/131/74/118(2)/109/117(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
2023. The Case Diary along with the Injury Report of the victim has been produced before this Court. On perusal of the Case Diary as well as the Injury Report, this Court is of the considered view that further custodial detention of the accused applicant herein, is not call for. Accordingly, the accused applicant is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty five thousand only) along with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rangia, subject to the following conditions:-
(i) That the accused applicant shall continue to make himself available for interrogation by the Investing Officer as and when required;
(ii) That the accused applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or, to any police officer.
(iii) that the accused applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rangia, without prior permission.

disposed of.
