In view of issuance of notification under Section 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - 11 of the Act and instructions dated 09.01.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these proceedings be closed at this stage and liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in case necessary to arise in future. 3. Taking note of the office instructions dated 09.01.2025, the notification of even date and the submissions s made for the petitioner, present contempt proceedings are closed.
