Case No.247 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri B. K. Sahay, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur. On 11.11.2024, the husband of the informant namely Guddu Kumar Sukul was shot dead by co-accused Ajay Mallah near Railway Bridge, Baridih Basti, Shanti Nagar, Kailash Path, Jamshedpur. As far as petitioner is concerned, he alleged to have concealed the body of the deceased. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri B.
