Sundar, CJ) 18.12.2025 [1] After some arguments, Mr. K. Kishan Singh, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned Writ Petition(WP) and the captioned Miscellaneous Case(MC) thereat but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of writ petitioner to come back to this Court again on the same subject by filing a fresh WP. This request of the learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is acceded to as writ petitioner while challenging the vires of Section 7 of ‘the Manipur Legislative Assembly Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972’ (‘said Rules’) has not projected any specific ground. To be noted, in this context we are acceding to the request of learned counsel on record for writ petitioner.
