Mr. S.K Goswami, learned counsel submits that this writ petition has in fact become infructous in view of the determination made in MFA 24/2016, MFA 27/2016, MFA 35/2016 & MFA 74/2017 inasmuch as, it is the case of the petitioners’ that the writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to adjudicate the matter related to issue of levy of terminal charges after decision of this court in various MFA cases. Be that as it may, as none appears for the petitioners’ on call, the matter stands dismissed for non prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
