Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that upon information received from the hospital, victim stated before the police concerned that on 21.02.2025 Santosh Verma came to his house and asked for liquor but victim refused then he returned. Thereafter at about 7:30PM applicant again came to his house and asked the victim to say sorry to Santosh Verma, when victim refused to say sorry, applicant assaulted him with knife and applicant along with co accused fled away. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application of the applicant and the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on the ground that he assaulted the injured by knife who received grievous injury dangerous to life. It is stated that the matter has been compromised with the said injured, therefore, he prays for releasing the applicant on regular bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 5. Learned counsel for the complainant do not oppose the prayer for grant of bail. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 7. From perusal of the records, it transpires that this is the second bail application of the applicant and first bail application of the 3 applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 20/03/2025 in MCRC No.2228/2025. It is stated that the matter has been compromised between the applicant and the injured but considering the nature of injuries which has been caused to the injured which found to be dangerous to life and the offence under Section 307 IPC is non-compoundable, therefore I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application. 8.
