Therefore, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that FSL report has not been received by the trial Court is not tenable. 3. Accordingly, petition is dismissed, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to urge the grounds raised in the petition before the trial Court at the time of arguments.
