GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES 3 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in not enforcing the order dated 06.06.2025, whereunder the suspension of authorization in respect of fair price shop No.0809024 of Goguladinne Village, Markapur Mandal, Markapur Division, Prakasam District. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that, he filed writ petition vide WP No.6652 of 2025, questioning the proceedings dated 24.02.2025, whereunder the authorization of the petitioner was suspended. The said writ petition was allowed by order dated 21.03.2025. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent by proceedings dated 06.06.2025, revoked the suspension order passed against the petitioner. Despite the same, the respondent Nos.4 & 5 did not enforce the said order. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that, the order dated 06.06.2025, passed by the 3rd respondent is implemented and the essential commodities were also supplied to the petitioner on 30.06.2025. He would further submit that, in view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 4 4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies that the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent is implemented and the petitioner was supplied with essential commodities on 30.06.2025, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, and accordingly the same is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
