THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No.1631 of 2013 ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 10.06.2013 passed in I.A.No.295 of 2013 in O.P.No.1319 of 2012 by the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, wherein the petition filed by the Respondent No.2 under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C, was allowed by the trial Court by granting interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- to the 2nd respondent, payable by the petitioner herein. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry shows that the matter was settled before Lok Adalat on 01.08.2014 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
