On 07.01.2025, at about 02:00 P.M., the petitioner forcibly took the prosecutrix to his friend’s house and raped her. She was confined there for one day and thereafter, the petitioner dropped her to her house. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
